  • Mississippi Development AuthorityThe Mississippi Development Authority (MBA) is the state of Mississippi’s lead economic and development agency, with approximately 300 employees engaged in providing services to businesses, communities and workers throughout Mississippi.  The agency works to recruit new business to the state and retain and expand existing Mississippi industry and business.
  • Mississippi Technology AllianceMTA is a non-profit organization with the mission to drive innovation and technology-based economic development for the state of Mississippi.
  • District Export CouncilThe District Export Councils contribute leadership and international trade expertise to complement the U.S. commercial service’s export promotion efforts through counseling businesses on the exporting process and conducting trade education and community outreach.
  • Association of Procurement Technical Assistance CentersNinety-Three Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) – with over 300 local offices- form a nationwide network of dedicated procurement professionals working to help local businesses compete successfully in the government marketplace.
  • South Mississippi Contract Procurement CenterThe Mississippi Procurement Technical Assistance Program is an integral element of the Mississippi Development Authority, the chief economic development agency for the state of Mississippi.  The mission is the enhance national defense and economic development of the state of Mississippi by assisting Mississippi businesses in obtaining federal, state and local government and commercial contracts.
  • Commerce ConnectCommerceConnect promotes economic growth and stability for American businesses and entrepreneurs.  We offer them a comprehensive portfolio of federal, state, local and non-profit business assistance resources, including more than 70 U.S. Department of Commerce programs – many at no cost.  By matching them to specific business needs, we help American businesses and entrepreneurs overcome challenges, exploit opportunities and connect to the right resources to advance their objectives.
  • Export.GovExport.gov brings together resources from across the U.S. government to assist American businesses in planning their international sales strategies and succeed in today’s global marketplace.  Export.gov helps American exporters navigate the international sales process and avoid pitfalls such as non-payment and intellectual property misappropriation.  Export. gov was created to provide better customer service for businesses interacting with the Federal Government.
  • Mississippi Small Business Development Center – The MSBDC can be used to Register Your Business, Obtain a Business License and Tax Number, assist with Insurance and Legal Forms, and seek out Grants.  They operate as a partner with the Small Business Administration.
  • Mississippi Contract Procurement Center -  The MCPC offers a wide variety of services including: Electronic Bid Match/Notification, Outreach Events, Targeted Contract Assistance, Located Specialized Contractors, Problem Solving, Solicitation Development and Referrals.
